Parish News for 21st Week in Ordinary Time
This Sunday, the 21st in Ordinary Time, Fr. David will be with us to celebrate Mass. In John’s gospel, some of Jesus’ followers desert him, finding it difficult to accept his words. Jesus turns to the Twelve and asks if they also want to leave. Simon Peter answers, “Lord, who shall we go to? You have the message of eternal life; you are the Holy One of God.”

Appointment of New Priest: Fr. Owen Dobson
We are very pleased to announce that Fr. Owen Dobson has accepted the post as Priest-in-Charge of S. Pancras Old Church and S. Paul’s Camden Square. Fr. Owen is currently an Assistant Priest at St John’s, Hyde Park Crescent – a temporary post since June. For the previous ten years he was Assistant Priest at St James’s, Sussex Gardens, Paddington. Fr. Owen was a Pastoral Assistant at S. Pancras Old Church in 2007-08 and no doubt some members of the congregation will remember him. Details of the date and time of Fr. Owen’s licensing will be announced in due course.
