Children & Young People

Children and young people are most welcome at all our services. Our Sunday School meets during the Mass, typically leaving after the Gospel reading to go into the Parish Room for a short session of teaching and activities. They come back into church at the Offertory, and two children usually bring up the Gifts – the bread and wine to be used in the Mass – to the altar during the Offertory hymn. Other seasonal children’s activities and services (among them our annual Crib Service at 4pm on Christmas Eve) are announced as and when they are coming up.
