Parish News for the 11th Week in Ordinary Time

June 15, 2023 by James Elston in Weekly News

This Sunday is the 11th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus looks in compassion on the dejected and harassed crowds and his response is to call labourers into the harvest. We are the labourers of Christ, sent out into the world to give hope and comfort to those in need. Click here for the Scripture Readings.

Walsingham Pilgrimage
Many of us are away this weekend at the Shrine of Our Lady. Thank you to Fr Paschal for coming to celebrate and preach this Sunday. There is no 10am Mass at Old S.Pancras this Saturday but you are welcome to the 10am mass at S.Marys instead.

Please join us for a tour of Wren churches in the City of London on Tuesday 27th June led by Angela Devaney and Lester Hillman. We will meet at 11am at Mansion House tube station, visit four Wren churches and have lunch at Salvation Army HQ. Please see Angela for more details.
