Parish News for the 14th Week in Ordinary Time
This Sunday is the 14th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus speaks of himself as the one we must turn to when we feel heavily laden for it is he who will give us rest, for his yoke is easy and his burden light. At every mass we begin by confessing our sins and so unloading our burdens, preparing ourselves for an encounter with the Living Lord. Click here for the Scripture Readings.
Mass cancelled
The 9.30am mass on Monday 10th July is cancelled due to a delivery of scaffolding. Apologies for this.
Camden Green Loop Map
A new printed and digital Footways Map for the Camden Green Loop is being launched. The loop is a strategy to connect beautiful public spaces between Camden Town, Euston and King’s Cross, including our churchyard. The launch will be at Camden Collective at 5.30pm-8pm, Thursday 13th July. There will be a short, guided walk, a discussion about neighbourhood design, a drink and delicious food from a local restaurant. Click here for more details.
Silent Prayer Group will meet again at S. Paul’s Camden Square on Thursdays at 1pm. 20th July, 17th August and the 21st September. These short sessions of contemplative prayer are led by Judy Powell who is a Licensed Lay Minister and an experienced spiritual director. All welcome.
