Weekly News

Dear friends,

This Sunday is the 15th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus sends his disciples out in pairs to spread the Good News, he encourages them to take very little with them, a reminder for us that faith isn’t about the ‘stuff’ we accumulate but rather our spiritual life in Christ  Click here for the Scripture readings

Baptism of Sonny Nash
During the Sunday mass, Baby Sonny will be baptised so do pray for him and his family.

A kind benefactor has generously offered to fund the remaining amount of £900 to buy the church a defibrillator unit. But… the 29 Club continues and details of the new fundraising objective will be unveiled soon!
