This Sunday is the 24th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus tells his followers The Parable of the Lost Sheep. The Shepherd leaves the 99 to look for the one who is lost. It is a beautiful image of God. However far we may wander, God is there too, looking for us and rejoicing to bring us home again. 

Church Open Day
THIS SATURDAY 11-4pm. This event is part of the national Heritage Open Days Scheme. We will be offering Cream Teas, Churchyard tours, an art exhibition in church and the day will conclude with Choral Evensong at 5pm. PLEASE COME!!

The Ashanti Development annual sponsored walk will begin from church at 2.30 pm on Saturday 24th September, please come and support our friends who are fundraising for Ghana.

Gold Exhibition
I have 20 free tickets available (usual price £8) for Saturday 1st October 11am, to see the Gold exhibition at the British Library. A collection of gold-illuminated manuscripts from around the world. Please see Jonathan who is leading the trip, to book your place.

Harvest Festival 
Sunday 2nd October 9.30am Solemn Mass, please bring tins of food for the local Foodbank. Bring and Share Harvest Lunch at S.Paul’s Camden Square from 12.30pm.

Blessing of Animals
Sunday 9th October 2pm at S.Paul’s Church Garden, Camden Square. Please bring along your (well behaved pets) for the Blessing of Animals followed by refreshments. 
 
Holy Land Pilgrimage
I am leading a pilgrimage from the 12th September and will be back in the parish on the 27th September, please contact Fr Paschal if you need a priest.
 
Walsingham Cell
We are planning to begin a Cell of Our Lady of Walsingham at Old S.Pancras. It is a group which meets regularly to pray to Our Lady and celebrate mass and eat together. There are similar Cells in churches all across the world. It is costs £20 per year to join and each member gets a badge, a prayer manual and regular magazine from the Shrine. We need 7 people in order to form this new group.
