This Sunday is the 29th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading the disciples James and John ask Jesus for places of honour in the Kingdom. But Jesus turns this request on its head. To be the greatest, he teaches them, is to be the servant of all. Click here for the readings.

Sundays at 11
This week expert voice coach, Angela Devaney will lead a workshop on how to read out loud in public – especially recommended for those who read in church. All welcome.

Silent Prayer Please join our monthly contemplative prayer group, an oasis of peace in a busy world. The next meeting is on Tuesday 19th October 1pm, followed by coffee at S. Paul’s Camden Square.

Flowers for All Saints Sunday
On Sunday 31st October we celebrate All Saints Day and hope to beautify the church with flowers at each saint’s shrine. If you would like to help by buying and arranging a flowers for one of our saints, please speak to Fr James.

Old S. Pancras Church Honey
Sundays at 11 on All Saints Sunday, 31st October, will be led by Aisling, our beekeeper who will give an update on the bee hives. There will honey tasting and an opportunity to buy a jar of Old S. Pancras Church honey.

The Month of All Souls
November is the month of Souls when we pray for the faithful departed. If you would like a Mass said for a loved one during the month, please let Fr. James know.

All Souls Day Requiem Mass
On Tuesday 2nd November at 6.30pm there will be a Solemn Mass with full choir singing the Fauré Requiem. Please speak to Nicolas to add names of the departed to the prayer list for this day.

Memorial Lamps
Seven-day memorial lamps can be purchased at £5 each in memory of loved ones and will burn in the Walsingham Chapel for a week from All Souls Day. Please speak to Nicolas to buy one.
