Parish News for the 3rd Week in Lent

February 29, 2024 by James Elston in Weekly News

This Sunday is the Third in Lent.  In the Gospel reading, Jesus cleanses the temple, becoming angry that the house of God has become a market place. Through Christ each of us is a temple of the Holy Spirit and we are constantly called to purify ourselves to let Jesus abide more deeply in us.  Click here for the scripture readings.
