Parish News for the 7th Week in Ordinary Time
This Sunday is the 7th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus gives us some of his hardest teaching. At the heart of it is the command to love our enemies. But it is important to remember that the love we show to our enemies is not a feeling but an acknowledgment that all of us are made in God’s image and loved by him no matter how far we might fall.
Pancake Party
Come and celebrate Shrove Tuesday with traditional pancakes and drinks following the 6.30pm mass on the 21st February
